Resolved Question: Can you be banned from a city?

Today, I received my 2nd ticket for skating on private property in Campbell, CA and I reside in San Jose, CA. At the end of the lecture, the officer had told me that I was banned from city grounds; if he ever saw me within city limits, he would have me arrested and taken to Juvenile Hall. Is this possible?
